30 fps 1080 video timelapse

1 hour recording time at 1 second interval = 3600 frames

3600 frames divided by 30 fps = 120 seconds = 2 minutes of play time video

  • 0.5 seconds – Driving time-lapse, creepy crawlies, surfer on a wave, any sports
  • 1 second – analogue clock face, baking cookies
  • 2 seconds – fast moving clouds, crowds of people, rush hour traffic, people walking along the street
  • 5 seconds – clouds moving normally, sunrise or sunset
  • 10 seconds – slow moving clouds, sunrise, sunset, waves on the beach
  • 30 seconds – path of the sun on a clear day, moving shadows, night landscapes, stars and the moon
  • 60 seconds – moving plants and trees, construction site over a day

Setting .5 = 240 second video or 2 minute video requires 30 minutes recording time

Setting 1 = 120 second video or 2 minute video requires 1 hour recording time

Setting 2 = 60 second video or 2 minute video requires 2 hour recording time

Setting 5 = 24 second video or 2 minute video requires 5 hour recording time

Setting 10 = 12 second video or 2 minute video requires 10 hour recording time

Setting 30 = 2 second video or 2 minute video requires 30 hour recording time

Setting 60 = 4 second video or 2 minute video requires 60 hour recording time
